The Tracer-AN G3 solar charge controller represents the third generation of MPPT controllers from EPEVER with an advanced 3-stage charging algorithm that maximizes energy utilization from solar panels and extends battery life. The controller offers a constant output voltage function that ensures comprehensive compatibility with various types of lithium batteries and allows, under certain conditions, powering loads directly without a battery.

With maximum DC/DC conversion efficiency of 98% and MPPT tracking efficiency higher than 99.5%, it ranks among the most powerful solutions in its class. Extremely low self-consumption below 10 mA significantly reduces standby losses and extends system operating time. The controller is ideal for RVs, residential systems, and outdoor monitoring.

Advanced charging and battery protection
Adaptive 3-stage charging algorithm optimizes charging according to battery type and condition. Temperature compensation automatically adjusts charging voltage based on ambient temperature (-3 mV/°C/2V as default setting), which significantly extends battery life and increases operational safety.

Flexible communication and monitoring
Integrated RS-485 communication interface (5 VDC/200 mA, RJ-45) allows connection to PC software, mobile app, or remote monitoring system. Optional 4G or Wi-Fi modules expand wireless monitoring and remote system management capabilities.

Universal compatibility
The controller supports automatic system voltage detection 12/24 VDC and operates with a wide operating voltage range of 8–31 V. It is compatible with various battery types and offers parameter setting via LCD display or remotely.
